The société anonyme under the name “COSMOTE PAYMENTS – E-MONEY SERVICES SINGLE-MEMBER SOCIÉTÉ ANONYME” (hereinafter ‘COSMOTE Payments’ or ‘Organiser’), with registered offices at Maroussi, Attica (99 Kifissias Ave.), organises a promotional offer entitled “20% payzy cashback on Dyson Products from GERMANOS” (hereinafter ‘Promotional Offer’) under which a Cashback, as defined below, equal to 20% of the final payable value of products falling within the category of Dyson products (hereinafter ‘Dyson Products’), bearing the Dyson trademark and meeting the criteria set out in these Terms, is returned to holders of payzy payment cards issued by COSMOTE Payments, provided that the relevant purchase transactions are carried out using such cards. Cashback is credited for each purchase of Dyson Household Appliances per unit from the stores of the company “GERMANOS SINGLE-MEMBER INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL SOCIÉTÉ ANONYME OF ELECTRONIC AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICES PROVIDER” (hereinafter ‘GERMANOS’). For the purposes of these Terms, ‘stores’ means the physical stores of GERMANOS, the company’s online store (germanos.gr) and the stores of its commercial partners (franchisees) operating under the GERMANOS brand (hereinafter ‘Stores’).
The purpose of these terms (hereinafter ‘Terms’) is to set out the rights and obligations of the Participants and the Organiser in the context of the Promotional Offer.
1. The right to participate in the Promotional Offer is granted to consumers who are permanent residents of Greece, hold a Greek tax identification number (AFM), are legally competent, have reached the age of 18, hold a payment account with COSMOTE Payments in their own name, and are holders of the digital/virtual and/or physical payzy Visa debit card (hereinafter ‘Card’¹) linked to the aforementioned payment account (hereinafter ‘Participant(s)’).
2. The duration of the Promotional Offer, within which Participants must have completed their purchases in accordance with these Terms in order to participate, is set from 22/06/2026 at 00:00:01 to 12/07/2026 at 23:59:59 (hereinafter ‘Duration’).
3. The Promotional Offer applies to payment transactions exclusively for the purchase of Dyson-branded Dyson Products, as listed on the germanos.gr website, regardless of their final payable value, carried out using the Card. It is clarified that Cashback is calculated and credited per unit for each product participating in the Promotional Offer, after deducting any discounts (e.g. subsidies, discount coupons, etc.). Also expressly excluded are all other transactions at the Stores, such as, for example, bill payments, airtime top-ups, purchases of services related to the participating products, and gift cards.
4. For participation in the Promotional Offer to be valid, the Participant must pay the full purchase price, within the Duration, directly and exclusively using the Card at the Stores and not by any other means, including for example where the Participant uses their Card to pay on delivery via the courier’s POS terminal.
5. The Participant will receive in their payment account held with COSMOTE Payments an amount in euros (hereinafter ‘Cashback’), equal to 20% of the final payable value of the purchased products participating in the Promotional Offer, in accordance with these Terms.
6. The maximum Cashback amount that may be credited per payment account in the context of the Promotional Offer is two hundred euros (€200), regardless of the value of the products purchased, the amount and number of transactions carried out by the Participant.
7. In addition to the above, under the “Coins” Loyalty Programme, the Participant will earn Coins equal to the transaction amount paid using the Card, which may be redeemed in accordance with the terms of that programme as described in the Terms of Use of the “payzy” Application (“Terms and Conditions of Use of the payzy Application”, Section 5II).
8. Cashback will be credited after fifteen (15) days from the date on which the payment transaction was executed, provided that the clearing of the payment transaction carried out using the Card has been completed.
9. COSMOTE Payments bears no liability towards Participants and/or any third parties for any direct or indirect damages, costs and expenses that may arise from any interruption, malfunction, delay or any other cause related to the implementation of the Promotional Offer.
10. The liability of COSMOTE Payments is limited exclusively to the payment of Cashback. COSMOTE Payments bears no further liability and does not intervene or mediate in relation to any issues arising in connection with the products of the Stores, for which the latter bear exclusive responsibility. Cashback shall not be paid in the event that the products purchased under this Promotional Offer are returned for any reason to the Store, with the corresponding credit of their price to the Participant’s account, or exchanged for other products of the Stores not falling within the scope of the Promotional Offer, or exchanged for a credit voucher for redemption against future purchases, or where the exchange takes place outside the Duration, or in any other case where these Terms are not met. In the event that Cashback has already been paid and the product for which it was credited is returned or exchanged, within two (2) months from the date of purchase, for another product not falling within the scope of these Terms for any reason whatsoever, COSMOTE Payments reserves the right, at its full and absolute discretion, to reverse at any time and without prior notice to the Participant the corresponding Cashback amount that was credited for that product to the Participant’s payment account.
11. The controller of personal data is the Organiser, i.e. the société anonyme under the name “COSMOTE PAYMENTS – E-MONEY SERVICES SINGLE-MEMBER SOCIÉTÉ ANONYME”, with registered offices at Maroussi, Attica (99 Kifissias Ave.), VAT number 800995166.
For the purpose of participation in the Promotional Offer, the following personal data of Participants (hereinafter ‘Data Subjects’) are collected and processed:
- Card details used to carry out the payment.
- Date and time of execution of the payment transaction.
- Product code from the Dyson-branded Dyson Products category.
- Final payable transaction value and value of the product falling within the scope of the Promotional Offer.
- Payment account number with COSMOTE Payments.
The data are collected for the purpose of conducting the Promotional Offer in accordance with these Terms, as well as for the performance of the contract concluded between the Participants and COSMOTE Payments, under which Participants hold a payment account with COSMOTE Payments, are in lawful possession of a Card or Cards linked to the aforementioned payment account, and use such Card or Cards as a means of payment for their transactions, in accordance with the terms of the General Privacy Notice regarding Personal Data Protection, which can be found here. In accordance with the above terms, the personal data collected are retained for a period of five (5) years from the date of execution of the payment transaction. Upon expiry of this period, the data are deleted, unless their retention for a longer period is required by another statutory or regulatory provision, which may not exceed ten (10) years (e.g. for tax purposes).
12. Data Subjects have the following rights with regard to the processing of their personal data, which are exercisable subject to the conditions and requirements of applicable legislation:
- Right of access: the right to obtain information about the personal data being processed (e.g. the purposes of processing, the categories of data, the recipients to whom they are disclosed, the retention period) and to receive copies thereof.
- Right to rectification: the right to request the correction of their data (e.g. correction of contact details).
- Right to erasure: the right to request the deletion of their personal data where the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were processed, or where they withdraw their consent.
- Right to restriction of processing: the right to request the restriction of processing for a specific purpose.
- Right to object: the right to object, in cases where they so wish, to the processing of their personal data.
- Right to data portability: the right to have the data transferred to another controller.
13. The Organiser has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) in accordance with the provisions of applicable legislation. Data Subjects may contact the Data Protection Officer by sending an email to customerprivacy@cosmotepayments.gr.
To exercise their rights, Data Subjects may send:
a. an email to customerprivacy@cosmotepayments.gr, or
b. a fax to 2102511888, or
c. a letter to the COSMOTE Payments Customer Service address at 99 Kifissias Ave., 15124, Maroussi, with the subject line “Exercise of personal data rights”, including their full name and their mobile or landline telephone connection number.
14. Data Subjects retain the right to lodge a complaint via the dedicated online portal of the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (1–3 Kifissias Ave., Athens, 115 23 | tel: +30 210 6475600). Detailed guidance on how to submit a complaint is available on the Authority’s website.
The Organiser will respond to requests free of charge and without undue delay, within one (1) month of receipt of the request. In exceptional cases, this period may be extended by a further two (2) months where required due to the complexity of the request. In any event, the Organiser will inform the Data Subject of such extension and the reasons for the delay.
Where a request is found to be manifestly unfounded or excessive, the Organiser reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for its fulfilment, taking into account the administrative costs involved, or to refuse to act on the request.
15. The Organiser takes appropriate organisational and technical measures to ensure data security and to protect data against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access, and any other form of unlawful processing.
16. To the extent permitted by applicable legislation, the Organiser bears no liability for any leakage of Participants’ personal data resulting from their disclosure via third-party pages or other websites on the internet.
17. Terms 11–17 concern the collection and processing of personal data of Participants in the context of the Promotional Offer. The processing of personal data of Data Subjects in connection with the commencement and performance of their contractual relationship with COSMOTE Payments (by way of example and without limitation, registration on the “payzy” application, execution of transactions, etc.) is governed by the General Privacy Notice regarding Personal Data Protection, which can be found here.
18. The Terms continue to bind Participants after the expiry of the Promotional Offer and for as long as the right of access to content is maintained, as set out above.
19. The Organiser reserves the right, during the Promotional Offer, to modify and/or revoke it, to change its Duration or any other term thereof, and to change or modify the Cashback percentage and the manner of its payment, notifying Participants by any appropriate means (e.g. via email, push notification, SMS or via its website).
20. Participation in the Promotional Offer presupposes and entails the express and unconditional acceptance of all of these Terms. Furthermore, the Organiser shall not be liable for any damage resulting in the temporary or permanent suspension of the Promotional Offer.
21. Participants must act lawfully and in accordance with good faith, fair dealing and these Terms. If any act or omission by a Participant is deemed, at COSMOTE Payments’ discretion, to be unlawful, abusive or contrary to these Terms, COSMOTE Payments reserves the right, among other things, to exclude the Participant from the Promotional Offer.
22. These Terms are governed by Greek law and any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or application shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Athens, with express prorogation of jurisdiction to the exclusion of any other locally competent court.
¹ It is noted that for the purposes of this Promotional Offer, the physical Business payzy pro card does not fall within the definition of Card.
