The societè anonymè under the name "COSMOTE PAYMENTS – ELECTRONIC MONEY SERVICES SINGLE-MEMBER ANONYMOUS COMPANY" (hereinafter "COSMOTE Payments" or the "Organizer"), headquartered in Marousi, Attica (99 Kifisias Ave.), is organizing a promotional campaign titled "Free issuance of a physical payzy Visa debit card" (hereinafter the "Promotional Campaign"), within the framework of which users of the "payzy" application (hereinafter the "Application") may issue and receive a physical/plastic payzy Visa debit card (hereinafter the "Physical Card") free of charge, against the original price of nine (9) euros.
The purpose of these terms (hereinafter the "Terms") is to inform participants in the Promotional Campaign about their obligations and those of the Organizer during participation in the Promotional Campaign.
The terms of issuance and use of the Card issued by COSMOTE Payments apply to the granting, use, and operation of the Physical Card; these terms are available here and apply supplementarily to these Terms.
1. The right to participate in the Promotional Campaign is held by permanent residents of Greece who possess a Greek Tax Identification Number (TIN), are at least 18 years of age, are legally capable of entering into transactions, meet the requirements for the issuance of a Physical Card as set out in the terms of issuance and use of the COSMOTE Payments Card, hold or acquire a payment account in their name with COSMOTE Payments, and, at the commencement of the Promotional Campaign, do not already hold a Physical Card linked to the aforementioned payment account (hereinafter "Participant(s)"). COSMOTE Payments reserves the right, in accordance with the Application's terms of use and the Card's terms of issuance and use, to reject applications for registration in the Application and/or issuance of a Card. In such a case, COSMOTE Payments bears no responsibility for the applicant's inability to participate in the Promotional Campaign.
2. The duration of the Promotional Campaign, within which Participants must have completed their order for the issuance of the Physical Card in accordance with these Terms, is set from 12/05/2026 at 10:00 to 12/06/2026 at 18:00 (hereinafter the "Duration").
3. The Promotional Campaign applies to orders for the issuance of a Physical Card placed within the above Duration, to the delivery address specified by the Participant at the time of their order.
4. Exclusively within the framework of this Promotional Campaign and only for its initial issuance, the Physical Card is provided to the Participant free of charge, with no issuance or delivery fee. The process of ordering and issuing the Physical Card is completed exclusively through the Application. Delivery costs of the Physical Card to the address declared by the Participant are borne by the Organizer, in accordance with these Terms. In the event that the Participant provides an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated delivery address, the relevant terms of issuance and use of the COSMOTE Payments Card apply, under which the Participant bears the risk and costs of delivering the Physical Card to the correct address. In any case of re-issuance, replacement, or renewal of the Physical Card — including but not limited to expiry, loss, theft, or damage — as well as in any other case not explicitly covered by this Promotional Campaign, the applicable terms of issuance and use of the COSMOTE Payments Card apply, along with the corresponding charges (see here).
5. COSMOTE Payments bears no liability toward Participants and/or any third party for any direct or indirect damages, costs, and expenses that may arise from any interruption, malfunction, delay, or any other cause related to the implementation of the Promotional Campaign.

In exceptional cases, this deadline may be extended by two (2) months if required due to the complexity of the request. In any case, the Organizer will notify the requester of such an extension and the reason for the delay.
If a request is deemed manifestly unfounded or excessive, the Organizer reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for fulfilling it, taking into account the administrative costs of doing so, or to refuse to act on the request.
10. The Organizer takes appropriate organizational and technical measures to ensure data security and to protect data against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, and any other form of unlawful processing.
11. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer bears no responsibility for any potential leakage of Participants' personal data resulting from their own disclosure of data through third-party pages or other websites on the internet.
12. Terms 6–12 concern the collection and processing of Participants' personal data in the context of the Promotional Campaign. In all other respects, the processing of Data Subjects' personal data during the initiation and performance of their contractual relationship with COSMOTE Payments (including, but not limited to, registration in the "payzy" application, issuance of the Physical Card, execution of transactions, etc.) takes place in accordance with the General Privacy Notice regarding the Protection of Personal Data, available here.
13. The Terms continue to be binding on Participants after the end of the Promotional Campaign and for as long as the right of access to their content is maintained, as described above.
14. The Promotional Campaign is valid for a limited number of Physical Cards. The distribution of Physical Cards under the Promotional Campaign takes place on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the time at which the order is completed through the Application. The Organizer is not bound by or does not guarantee that it will issue the Physical Card free of charge in accordance with these Terms once the above limited number of Physical Cards has been exhausted, even if the Duration of the Promotional Campaign has not yet expired. The Organizer reserves the right, during the Promotional Campaign, to modify and/or withdraw it, to change its Duration or any other term thereof, notifying Participants by any appropriate means (e.g., via the Application, email, push notification, SMS, or through its website). The display of the amount "€0" in the Application applies exclusively to the initial issuance of the Physical Card under this Promotional Campaign and is subject to these Terms. Once the available number of Physical Cards is exhausted, the "€0" indication ceases to apply and the current pricing of COSMOTE Payments takes effect.
15. Participation in the Promotional Campaign presupposes and implies the express and unconditional acceptance of all of these Terms. Furthermore, the Organizer is not liable for any damage arising as a result of the temporary or permanent discontinuation of the Promotional Campaign.
16. Participants must act lawfully and within the framework of good faith, commercial ethics, and these Terms. If any act or omission by a Participant is deemed, at the discretion of COSMOTE Payments, to be unlawful, abusive, or in breach of contract, the latter reserves the right, among other things, to exclude the Participant from the Promotional Campaign.
17. These Terms are governed by Greek law, and any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or application shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Athens, with express exclusion of any other local jurisdiction.
