First, check if you had sufficient balance in your Wallet at the time of the transaction with your payzy debit card. If the balance was insufficient, change cannot be saved in your piggy. If your current balance in the Wallet is sufficient, the next time you make a transaction with your payzy debit card, a new attempt will be made. Finally, make sure you’ve selected the card you used for the transaction to collect the small change.
