The société anonyme under the name “COSMOTE PAYMENTS – E-MONEY SERVICES SINGLE-MEMBER SOCIÉTÉ ANONYME” (hereinafter ‘COSMOTE Payments’ or ‘Organiser’), with registered offices at Maroussi, Attica (99 Kifissias Ave.), organises a contest (hereinafter ‘Contest’) entitled “payzy Contest | 3 iPads” with the purpose of distributing, by way of draw, three (3) APPLE iPad 11th Gen 11’’ Wi-Fi 256GB Silver, each with a value of five hundred and twenty-nine euros (€529) (hereinafter ‘Prize(s)’), to its customers – users of the payzy application (hereinafter ‘Application’).
The purpose of these terms (hereinafter ‘Terms’) is to set out the conditions of participation in the Contest and the draw procedure through which the persons selected to receive the Prizes (hereinafter ‘Winner(s)’) will be identified, as well as the persons entitled to receive the corresponding Prize should any Winner fail to meet the requirements under these Terms (hereinafter ‘Runner-up(s)’).
1. The right to participate in the Contest is granted to persons who are permanent residents of Greece, hold a Greek tax identification number (AFM), are legally competent, have reached the age of 18, and hold a payment account with COSMOTE Payments in their own name. Employees of COSMOTE Payments are excluded from participation. Should any such person be identified as a Winner, they will be excluded from the final list of Winners and replaced by the corresponding Runner-up.
2. For the purposes of this Contest, ‘Participant(s)’ means any user of the Application who successfully completes the participation process as set out below.
For an Application user to be considered a valid Participant in the Contest, all of the following conditions must be met cumulatively: (a) they must log in to the Application and be authenticated as a user thereof, (b) they must carry out at least one transaction either with their digital and/or physical payzy Visa card or via the “pay with payzy” feature, available on the COSMOTE TELEKOM App and the WHAT’S UP App, (c) they must accept these Terms via the relevant field, which will remain available throughout the duration of the Contest in the “Win with payzy” section, and (d) following acceptance of the Terms, they must select the “Participate” button.
It is clarified that following acceptance of the Contest Terms and participation therein, each transaction carried out by the Participant in any of the above-mentioned ways counts as one (1) entry in the Contest, provided that it is cleared in accordance with Term 3, such that by increasing the number of their transactions, the Participant increases their number of entries and, consequently, their chances of being selected as a Winner or Runner-up. Excluded are transactions for which Coins are not collected, as listed in Section 5II “Coins Loyalty Programme”, as well as transactions with an RF payment code or via QR.
3. The duration of the Contest, during which Participants may enter and accept the Terms, is set from 29/06/2026 at 00:00:00 to 14/07/2026 at 23:59:59 (hereinafter ‘Duration’). Transactions carried out either with the digital and/or physical payzy Visa card or via the “pay with payzy” service within the Duration count as entries in the Contest, provided that their clearing has been completed by 17/07/2026 at 11:00:00 a.m.
4. The Winners and Runners-up will be selected by means of a draw to be held on Friday, 17 July 2026 at 11:00:00 a.m., at the Organiser’s premises (99 Kifissias Ave.).
5. The draw will be conducted using electronic means that guarantee the random and impartial selection of Winners and Runners-up and exclude any human intervention during the selection process. It is clarified that each Participant may be selected as a Winner or Runner-up only once (1) during the Contest.
6. The draw will yield three (3) Winners and ten (10) Runners-up. Specifically, each of the three (3) Winners will receive one (1) APPLE iPad 11th Gen 11’’ Wi-Fi 256GB Silver with a monetary value of five hundred and twenty-nine euros (€529). The Winner/Runner-up must provide their personal details for the delivery of the Prize, as the Prize cannot be dispatched by the Organiser to a third party. The Prize is dispatched by the Organiser exclusively to the Winner or Runner-up, who may not request its exchange or replacement with another product.
7. The Winner(s) (and, where necessary, the Runner-up(s)) will be notified via SMS and/or newsletter from the Organiser within one (1) business day following the draw and the announcement of the Contest results. Within five (5) business days of the draw and the announcement of the Contest results, COSMOTE Payments will contact the Winners (and, where necessary, the Runner(s)-up in the order in which they were selected) by calling them on the telephone number with which they registered in the Application, in order to inform them of the Prize. In particular, during the call with the Winner/Runner-up, the latter will be asked: a) whether they consent to the recording of the call, during which they will confirm their full personal details for identity verification purposes upon delivery of the Prize, b) whether they accept the Prize, and c) to provide their delivery details (area, street, number, postcode) for the delivery of the Prize. Should the Winner and/or Runner-up state that they do not consent to the recording of the call, they will be informed during the call that, in order not to be excluded from receiving the Prize, they must, within one (1) business day of the telephone communication with the Organiser, submit a relevant request via the Application by following the path “Profile → Help & Support → Ask Yzy”. In this request, they must state that they have been selected as a Winner or Runner-up in the Contest and wish to provide their Prize delivery details, including mandatory full delivery information (street, number, area/city, postcode, floor/bell name and any other information necessary for the correct dispatch and delivery of the Prize). If the Winner states that they do not accept the Prize, or fails to respond within five (5) business days to the Organiser’s successive contact attempts, the Organiser will cancel their participation and selection as Winner and, in their place, will contact the first Runner-up in the order of selection for the award of the Prize, applying the same procedure as described above. By participating in the Contest, Participants agree that COSMOTE Payments may use their contact details – specifically their telephone number and email address – to contact them in the event they are identified as Winners/Runners-up, as well as the identity and delivery details provided by them during the telephone communication with the Organiser, in order to dispatch the Prize, in accordance with these Terms.
8. The Organiser will dispatch the Prize to Winners within two (2) months of the telephone communication with them, via the courier company “SPEEDEX COURIER SERVICES SOCIÉTÉ ANONYME”, to the address provided by the Winners as described in paragraph 7. Following dispatch of the Prize, the Winner/Runner-up will receive via SMS from the Organiser the shipment tracking details, so that they may monitor the progress of delivery. In the event that the courier company fails for any reason not attributable to its own fault to deliver the Prize to a Winner by 31/12/2026, the Winner’s claim to the Prize shall be permanently extinguished and any obligation of the Organiser towards the Winner/Runner-up shall cease to exist. Upon delivery of the Prize, the Winner shall sign to acknowledge receipt. The Prize is dispatched as a registered shipment.
9. COSMOTE Payments is not involved in any manner and bears no liability for the delivery of the Prize by the courier company, which bears exclusive responsibility therefor. In the event that damage or defect is found upon delivery, the Winner must note this at the time of receipt and follow the procedure provided by the courier company, or alternatively contact the Organiser by opening a support request via the payzy app by following the path “Profile → Help & Support → Ask Yzy”.
