Specific Coupon Redemption Terms – BOX
- BOX Coupons are valid exclusively for orders placed through box.gr or the BOX App.
- The redemption of Coupons is subject to the minimum order requirements set by the participating store on BOX. Upon completing an order, the Participant is required to enter the unique Coupon code in the "Points" → "Enter new coupon" section on box.gr or the BOX App.
- Subject to the minimum order requirement referred to above, BOX Coupons with a value of three euros (3€) may be redeemed exclusively in one (1) single order, of a value equal to or greater than the Coupon amount. If the total value of the order exceeds the Coupon value, the Participant is required to pay the remaining amount using any payment method available on box.gr or the BOX App. Subject to the same reservation above, if the order value is less than the Coupon amount, the remaining balance is forfeited and will not be refunded.
- Subject to the minimum order requirement referred to above, BOX Coupons with a value of ten euros (10€), twenty euros (20€), and one hundred euros (100€) may be redeemed in instalments across more than one order until the available balance is fully exhausted or until their expiry date. If the order value exceeds the available Coupon balance, the Participant is required to pay the difference using any payment method available on box.gr or the BOX App. After the Coupon's expiry date, any remaining balance is forfeited and will not be refunded or compensated in any way.
- The Coupon may be combined with other applicable offers, discounts, loyalty programmes, etc., unless otherwise stipulated in the terms of such offers, discounts, or loyalty programmes.
- BOX Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash, are non-refundable, non-resaleable, and will not be replaced in the event of loss, theft, or unauthorised use.

The use and redemption of Coupons through BOX is additionally governed, alongside these Terms, by the specific terms of use and redemption of BOX coupons as set out in the "BOX Terms of Use" (available here), which are determined and amended at the sole and absolute discretion of OTE, without any involvement or liability on the part of COSMOTE PAYMENTS – E-MONEY SERVICES SINGLE-MEMBER SOCIÉTÉ ANONYME.
Specific Coupon Redemption Terms – GERMANOS & COSMOTE TELEKOM - GERMANOS/COSMOTE TELEKOM Coupons may be redeemed exclusively at the physical stores of "GERMANOS SINGLE-MEMBER INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL COMPANY OF ELECTRONIC-TELECOMMUNICATION MATERIALS AND SUPPLY OF TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES" and "HELLENIC TELECOMMUNICATIONS ORGANIZATION S.A.", at the stores of their commercial partners (franchisees) operating under the GERMANOS, OTE, or COSMOTE brands, as well as at the germanos.gr online store — excluding the cosmote.gr online store — solely for the purchase of products available through these channels.
- GERMANOS/COSMOTE TELEKOM Coupons may not be used for the purchase of services, including by way of example and without limitation for the payment of bills, payment of deposits, technical support services, top-up of talk time, or other related services.
- GERMANOS/COSMOTE TELEKOM Coupons may be used exclusively in one (1) single purchase, of a value equal to or greater than the amount stated on the respective coupon. If the total value of the products purchased is less than the Coupon value, the remaining balance is forfeited and will not be refunded, offset, or compensated in any way. If the total value of the products purchased exceeds the Coupon value, the Participant is required to pay the remaining amount using any payment method available at the respective store.
- GERMANOS/COSMOTE TELEKOM Coupons cannot be exchanged for or redeemed as cash, may not be transferred or assigned to third parties, and will not be replaced in the event of loss, theft, or unauthorised use.
- Upon completing an order on germanos.gr, the Participant is required to enter the coupon code in the "Add Coupon" section. Upon completing a purchase at a physical GERMANOS/COSMOTE store, the Participant is required to present their coupon code.
- The Coupon may be combined with other applicable offers, discounts, loyalty programmes, etc., unless otherwise stipulated in the terms of such offers, discounts, or loyalty programmes.
