Match: The name and account you entered match, and a successful verification message appears. You can proceed safely.
Partial match: There are minor differences (e.g., abbreviations or typos), and an informational message appears. Double-check the details to be sure.
Mismatch: The name does not match the account, and a failed verification message appears. There may be an error or fraud attempt. Stop and confirm the details with the recipient.
Unable to verify: The recipient’s bank does not participate in VoP, or the account is not supported, so a failed verification message appears.
