If your card has been stolen or lost, you can cancel it by selecting ‘Declaration of loss/theft’ in the ‘Cards’ section of the settings.
Follow these steps:
1. From the ‘Cards’ menu on the home screen, go to ‘Settings’.
2. Select ‘Cancel card’ and ‘Cancel card’ again in the pop-up window.
