We do not support card transactions on the myaade & gsis channels. Payment is only possible through the app, provided you have a payment identification code (RI). The transaction is free of charge, and the beneficiary organization will receive the funds within 1-2 business days.
Below are the steps you need to follow:
- Log in to the app.
- Press the button with the Payzy symbol located at the center of the bottom of the screen.
- Select "Pay Bills."
- Select "Other Payments (without RF)."
- Select "Confirmed Tax Office Debts."
- Enter the payment code (also referred to as the payment identification code on the bill).
- Press OK to complete the transaction.
Note: If you copy and paste the payment identification code, the payment cannot be completed due to the spaces between the numbers.
You will need to either type the code without spaces or copy and paste it and then delete the spaces.
