Some of the common reasons for failing to top up via card are:
- Entering incorrect card details (e.g. expiry date, CVC code).
- Insufficient balance in your bank account at the other bank,
- Some problem with your bank, such as failure to authenticate (3DS - 3D Secure such as not receiving or unable to select). In this case, we recommend that you contact your bank to find out the reason for the failure and whether they are currently experiencing any technical problems. Please wait a while and try to charge your account again.
If you check the above and continue to experience an issue follow these steps:
1) Proceed to uninstall the app, restart your device and reinstall.
2) Restart Google Services.
