Your Coins remain available in your account, provided they have not expired, and can be redeemed through the new redemption options.
To redeem your Coins:
- Open the payzy app.
- Go to the "Coins" section.
- Select "Redeem".
- Choose one of the available redemption options: BOX vouchers or GERMANOS/COSMOTE TELEKOM vouchers.
- Check how many Coins are required and confirm your selection.
You can also use your Coins to get an instant discount on COSMOTE bills or WHAT'S UP top-ups by selecting "Pay with the payzy app" in the COSMOTE TELEKOM App or the WHAT'S UP App.
