Your Coins are worth more
From 27 July 2026, we are changing the way you redeem your Coins on payzy — and giving them greater value on services you use daily.
Three new redemption methods:
- BOX coupons for food, coffee, and supermarket delivery. Example: a €10 coupon for 500 Coins (instead of 1,000 Coins today).
- ΓΕΡΜΑΝΟΣ / COSMOTE TELEKOM coupons for tech products, such as mobiles, laptops, smart devices, home appliances, and more. Example: a €10 coupon for 500 Coins (instead of 1,000 Coins today).
- Fixed & mobile payments via the "Pay with payzy app" service. Redeem your Coins and reduce your payment amount on bills or balance top-ups by selecting "Pay with payzy app" in the COSMOTE TELEKOM App or the WHAT'S UP App before completing the transaction. 100 Coins correspond to a €1 reduction on your bill amount.
Promotional prices — Your Coins for coupons are worth double! With the launch of the new methods, for a limited time there are introductory prices: your Coins are worth up to 2 times more compared to today

What changes From 27 July 2026, redeeming Coins for cash changes — instead of cash in your wallet, your Coins will be used through the new options. They remain yours and available whenever you need them. And of course, you continue to earn 1% Coins cashback on every transaction you make with payzy.
What applies to the Coins you already have?
Your Coins will remain available for 18 months from the day you earned them and will then expire automatically! The 18-month validity period will start counting from the date the new policy is applied, that is, from 27/07/2026.
