From 27 July 2026, the redemption of Coins will change!
New redemption methods are coming so you can earn more in enjoyment and technology.
What changes:
The Coins you earn with 1% cashback from transactions you make will gain greater value and you will be able to redeem them exclusively with the following new methods:
🎟️ Coupons
- BOX, indicative for food orders, coffee, but also supermarket purchases
- GERMANOS & COSMOTE TELEKOM for technology product purchases online and in physical stores.

📱Payments for fixed & mobile through the «Payment with payzy app» service
Redeem your Coins to reduce the payment amount on bills or balance top-ups, via the «Payment with payzy app» option in the COSMOTE TELEKOM App or the WHAT'S UP App.
For example, 100 Coins correspond to a €1 reduction on your bill amount.
From 27 July 2026, the redemption of Coins for monetary value (€) will no longer be valid.
What applies to the Coins you already have?
Your Coins will remain available for 18 months from the day you earned them and will then expire automatically! The 18-month validity period will start counting from the date the new policy is implemented, that is from 27/07/2026.
What remains the same:
You continue to earn Coins by making transactions with payzy.
Greater value Coins for a limited time? Yes!
From 26/05/2026 until 31/08/2026, Coins can be redeemed for Vouchers up to double the value compared to the current exchange rate, where 100 Coins correspond to €1.
