Once the card issuance is completed and the shipping voucher is created, the shipping number (voucher number) becomes available within your app.
To locate it:
- Go to the «Cards» section in the payzy app.
- Select your physical card.
- There, the voucher number for the shipment will be displayed.
You have two options to track your shipment:
- Direct tracking: By clicking on the voucher number within the app.
- Via Speedex: By copying the voucher number and entering it on the Speedex tracking page.
How long does it take to receive my physical card?
Usually, delivery is completed within 3 working days from shipment.
However, during periods of high workload, slight delays may occur and it may take longer.
Which courier company is used for the shipment?
The physical card shipment is carried out exclusively via Speedex.
