If I make a purchase that meets the offer requirements and receive the applicable cashback, but then return the product, what happens to the cashback?

In the event of a product return within two (2) months of the purchase date, if the Cashback has already been credited for that purchase, COSMOTE Payments reserves the right to proceed with a reversal (return) of the corresponding amount from your account.
