To cancel a request either to receive money you have requested from another user or to send money that another user has requested from you, there are two ways:
a. Within the conversation with the user, you can press the “X” you see next to the amount you have requested or that has been requested from you.
b. You can proceed to cancel the sending request through the notifications section, from the main page of the payzy app. You will select the notifications symbol at the top of the screen, on the right side, and you will be taken to the new screen with the notifications.
Note: If the money transfer has been made through Chat & Pay, then it is approved through your biometric data and completed immediately. There is no possibility to cancel a money transfer through Chat & Pay.
