For charging via another bank's card, the process is completed immediately, without any commission from COSMOTE Payments.
For a transfer from another bank via SEPA transfer, it takes 1-2 working days. The charging is again completed without any commission from COSMOTE Payments, but there may be charges from your bank.
Please note that if money is transferred to your account from another COSMOTE Payments account (e.g. via chat), the transfer is completed immediately and free of charge.
