A transaction failure can happen due to various reasons. Below are the most common causes and what you can do:
Possible reasons for failure:
- Incorrect card details
If you have entered the number, expiration date, or CVV incorrectly.
- Expired or inactive card
Check if your card has expired or if it has not been activated.
- Insufficient balance
Ensure that there is available balance in your account.
- Restrictions in card settings
Check in your card settings that the options "Cross border transactions," "eCommerce," "NFC transactions," and "Withdrawals" are enabled, depending on the type of transaction.
Also, check if the transaction exceeds your card's daily transaction limit. You can change it at any time from the "Transaction Limit" option.
- Security confirmation failure (3-D Secure)
In some cases, confirmation via push notification or entering a code is required.
- Technical error
The failure may be due to a temporary issue with the POS, network, or payment provider.
- Unacceptable payment method
The payzy pro card works only at terminals that accept Visa payments.
- Suspicious activity or automatic blocking
The transaction may have been blocked for security reasons.

- Ensure that the card is active and the details are correct.
- Confirm that you have sufficient balance.
