The société anonyme with the trade name “COSMOTE PAYMENTS –E-MONEY SERVICES SINGLE-MEMBER SOCIÉTÉ ANONYME”, (hereinafter “COSMOTE Payments” or the “Organiser”), with its headquarters in Marousi, Attica (99 Kifissias Avenue), is organising a competition (hereinafter the “Competition”) for the purpose of awarding Coupons with monetary value (hereinafter the “Coupon(s)”) via lottery to customers who hold payzy payment cards (hereinafter the “Card(s)”).
The purpose of these terms (hereinafter the “Terms”) is to determine participation in the Competition and define the lottery process and the Winners thereof.
1.The Competition is open to all permanent residents of Greece 18 years or older who are legally competent, have a payment account with COSMOTE Payments in their name and are holders of the Card connected with said payment account. COSMOTE Payments and COSMOTE E-value employees as well as their relatives up to the second degree may not participate in the Competition. Winners selected from the above persons shall be excluded from the final winners’ list.
2.To participate in the Competition, the Card holder must execute at least one (1) transaction with the Card within the period of the Competition as specified in par. 4, regardless of amount, Card type (physical or digital)[1] or vendor with whom the transaction is executed. Each Participant may participate once (1) per Participation Period over the course of the Competition, regardless of the number of transactions executed within said period.
3.To be validly considered a Participant (hereinafter the “Participant(s)”) in the Competition, the person must, after executing a transaction as described in par. 2, log onto the payzy app, be verified as a user, and accept the terms of participation in the Competition, via the relevant field that will be available during the Competition under “Earn with payzy”. Furthermore, valid participation in the Competition also requires that the Participant select the “Participate” field on accepting the terms.
4. The Competition will be held in two distinct participation periods (hereinafter the “Participation Periods”), as follows:
1st Participation Period: From 28/05/2025 at 00:00:01 to 30/06/2025 at 23:59:59.
2nd Participation Period: From 01/07/2025 at 00:00:01 to 31/07/2025 at 23:59:59.
5. The Winners (hereinafter the “Winner(s)”) will be selected after two lotteries, the first of which will be held for Participants in the 1st period on Tuesday, 1 July 2025 at 11:00:00, and the second for Participants in the 2nd period on Friday, 1 August 2025 at 11:00:00, both at the headquarters of the Organiser (99 Kifissias Ave.). More specifically, to validly participate in a lottery, the Participant must have executed at least one transaction within the Participation Period corresponding to said lottery. Participants who execute transactions within both Participation Periods may participate in both lotteries, provided that they fulfil the other criteria for participation in the Competition.
6. The lotteries will be conducted with the use of electronic means, which ensure that Winners are drawn at random and preclude any outside interference during the drawing process. It is clarified that each Participant may only be selected as Winner once (1) per month during the Competition.
7. Each of the two draws will produce eleven (11) winners and eleven (11) runners-up. Specifically:
• The first two (2) grand prize winners, in order of selection, from both draws combined, will each win one (1) payzy Coupon worth one thousand euros (€1,000).
• The next twenty (20) winners, in order of selection, from both draws combined, will each win one (1) payzy Coupon worth five hundred euros (€500).
8. Coupons may be redeemed through 01/09/2025, at 23:59:59. Once the above date has elapsed, the Coupon is deactivated and cannot be redeemed or replaced.
9. Competition Winners will receive notification via SMS, newsletter and/or push notification from the Organiser within one (1) business day from the lottery and the announcement of the Competition results. Winners who are found not to meet these terms and/or the applicable legislation will be excluded from the Competition and their Coupon(s) will be awarded to the respective runners-up in the order in which they are selected. By participating in the Competition, Participants provide their consent to COSMOTE Payments to use their contact details, specifically: phone number, email, etc. to communicate with them if they are selected as Winners, as per the above.
