To register in the payzy app and redeem the Coupon you received as part of the
“500€ coupon - Xmas Contest WHAT'S UP" promotional action, you will need:
- your smartphone (Android 8+ or iOS 13+)
- your e-mail address
- your mobile telephone number
- your ID card and your taxisnet passwords
If your identification document includes the MRZ (the back side of the ID card or the front side of the passport), then you have the option to choose whether you would like to complete your registration via selfie or with an authorized Cosmote Payments employee via video call.
In case you do not have the new ID card with the above features (MRZ), then you do not have the option to complete your registration via Selfie. Instead, you can complete your registration through a video call, with an authorized Cosmote Payments employee. Find out more here.
A prerequisite to benefit from the promotional action and redeem your coupon, is that you must have completed your registration to the payzy app until 08/01/2025, at 22:59:59 and redeem your coupon from 15/01/2025, at 10:00:00 until 15/03/2025 at 23:59:59!
