To register in the payzy app and redeem the Coupon you received from COSMOTE as part of the “50€ Coupon – COSMOTE subsidy” promotional action, you will need:
- your smartphone (Android 8+ or iOS 13+)
- your e-mail address
- your mobile telephone number
- your ID card and your taxisnet passwords
If your identification document includes the MRZ (the back side of the ID card or the front side of the passport), then you have the option to choose whether you would like to complete your registration via selfie or with an authorized Cosmote Payments employee via video call.
In case you do not have the new ID card with the above features (MRZ), then you do not have the option to complete your registration via Selfie. Instead, you can complete your registration through a video call, with an authorized Cosmote Payments employee. Find out more here.
A prerequisite for redeeming your coupon and benefiting from the amount of 50€ is to complete your registration by 31/12/2024, at 17:59:59.
