I made a mistake with a money transfer I just registered or with a payment I just made. How can I cancel it?
You can cancel transfer orders or payments, from the following places in the app:
a. Via the yzy bot, from the ‘Help & support’ section, which will guide you to open a new request.
b. From the transaction activity, through the ‘Wallet’ section, you can identify the specific transaction, go into its details and choose ‘Facing any issue?’.
Then, a specialised team member will manage your request, and you will be informed about the progress of the transaction.
You can find your request at any time by selecting ‘Support Requests’ in the ‘Help & Support’ section.
